These rules establish the legal framework for video production, B2B webinars, and live infrastructure services offered by WebTVCreators.
This document governs the use of services provided by WebTVCreators, including corporate video content production, B2B webinar organization, and technical infrastructure development for professional live broadcasts.
By accessing or using our services, you expressly agree to the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
"Client" – the legal entity or individual contracting WebTVCreators services.
"Services" – corporate video production, B2B webinars, technical infrastructure for live broadcasts.
"Content" – video, audio, graphic, and textual materials provided by the Client or created by WebTVCreators within the scope of the services.
WebTVCreators undertakes to provide the services with the professional diligence specific to the field, using high-definition audiovisual equipment and qualified personnel.
The Client undertakes to provide all necessary information and materials within the agreed deadlines, to respect the established schedules, and to pay the value of the services according to the issued invoice.
WebTVCreators commits to maintaining the confidentiality of information and materials received from the Client during the term of the contract and after its termination, except in cases provided by law.
WebTVCreators cannot be held responsible for delays or non-performance of services caused by force majeure, technical failures of the Client's internet networks, or incomplete provision of necessary materials.
The total liability of WebTVCreators for any direct damage resulting from the provision of services is limited to the invoiced amount for that service, in accordance with current Romanian legislation.
The contract may be terminated by either party with a written notice of 30 calendar days, except in cases of material breach of contractual obligations.
WebTVCreators reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the provision of services if the Client fails to pay invoices on time or repeatedly violates the terms of this document.
Upon termination of the contract, the Client will receive all final materials created, provided that full payment for the services rendered up to that date has been made.
WebTVCreators reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms and conditions, with prior notification to active Clients at least 15 days before the modifications take effect.
Notification will be made by email to the address provided by the Client or by publishing the new version on the webtvcreators.com website. Continued use of the services after the effective date of the modifications constitutes acceptance thereof.
If you do not agree with the modifications, you may notify your intention to terminate the contract within 15 days of receiving the notification, without penalty.

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian legislation. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and in case of disagreement, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Romania.
